Coyote Incidents On The Increase In Calgary

Calgary - July 2, 2006: Experts say encounters between humans and coyotes in Calgary parks are becoming more frequent, and they blame people who don't do enough to prevent the animals from becoming habituated.

Calgary Fish and Wildlife officer Ed Pirogowicz urban coyotes are a reality, and he estimates the population within the city around 400.
